I. PURPOSE
- This policy establishes facility reservation, usage, billing, and other guidelines and procedures for the Student Centers.
- This policy additionally provides guidelines for events held within the Student Centers.
II. ACCOUNTABILITY
Under the direction of the President, the Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Life shall ensure compliance and implementation of this policy.
III. APPLICABILITY
This policy is applicable to all students, faculty, staff, and external community members utilizing Student Center facilities, programs, and services.
IV. POLICY
- Policies and procedures will be reviewed annually by Student Centers staff.
- A complete policies and procedures document is published at rowan.edu/studentcenter.
