I. PURPOSE
Student members of the University community have the right to access and benefit from the educational and other programs and services of the University free from any form of sexual violence, harassment or exploitation. Rowan University does not tolerate sexual misconduct or harassment of any kind. This policy has been developed to reaffirm these principles and to provide recourse for those individuals whose rights have been violated.I
II. ACCOUNTABILITY
Under the direction of the President, Associate Vice President and Title IX Coordinator of the Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Office of Student Equity and Compliance shall implement and ensure compliance with this policy.
