I. PURPOSE 

This policy provides the general guidelines and procedures the University follows to remain in compliance with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requirements pertaining to TEBs, as well as with the documents executed by the University in connection with the issuance of TEBs by the New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority (NJEFA), Gloucester County Improvement Authority (GCIA) and Camden County Improvement Authority (CCIA) for the benefit of the University.
