How do I obtain a Rowan Network Account?
If you are a new faculty or staff member and need a network password/e-mail account, an existing department member needs to submit a request at http://support.rowan.edu or send an e-mail to email@example.com. Please have that department member include your full name, Banner ID number, department name and telephone extension.
If you are an incoming student, you need to visit http://id.rowan.edu. Choose "No" under "Do you know your network username and password." The system will ask you to verify personal information about yourself, including your social security number and home address.
How do I change my password?
You can change your Rowan Network password by visiting http://id.rowan.edu.
Passwords need to be a minimum of eight characters long and contain two of the following: a capital letter, a number or a special character.

What if I forget my username or password?
Faculty/Staff: If you forget your username or password, call the Technology Support Center at 856.256.4400 for assistance.
Students: You can view your username and reset your password by visiting http://id.rowan.edu. The system will ask you to verify personal information about yourself, including your social security number and home address. If you need further assistance, call the Support Center at 856.256.4400.
Can I change my username?
Except in special circumstances for employees, such as marriage or divorce, the answer is no. We have certain naming conventions that we abide by. Employee usernames are last names followed by letters from the first name when needed to avoid duplicate usernames.
We never change student usernames once they are created.
