The IRT Support Desk is responsible for assisting employees and students with all their computer and telecommunication issues, whether on or off campus.
Our main objective is to help Rowan users with computer software and hardware, mobile devices, email, printing, access to network services, network accounts, and all aspects of telecommunications.

The Support Desk hours are 8:00 am through 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
During the first two weeks of the fall and spring semesters, hours are extended to 6:30 pm Monday through Thursday.
If you are having a problem with your computer, IRT has technicians available to assist you. The fastest way to get help or your computer repaired is to bring it to the IRT Workshop, located in Memorial Hall South.
The IRT workshop hours are 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday
If you have a desktop computer, just bring the computer itself. The other parts, such as monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc are not needed.
Submit a Work Order
If you need help with a technology related issue, there are three convenient ways to submit a work order.
- Visit http://support.rowan.edu and login with your network username and password. If you do not know your username or password go to http://id.rowan.edu to reset your password or retrieve your username.
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to create a ticket automatically.
- By telephone, if on campus call Extension 4400. If you are off campus dial 856.256.4400.
